Personal training at FLFC offers one-on-one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training with a certified personal trainer.

We can help you lose weight, increase strength, improve sports performance, prevent injuries, and stick to an exercise commitment.

30- or 60- minute sessions can be scheduled for any day or time to accommodate your busy schedule.  Purchase single sessions or a package of 6 or 18 with a savings.
